Fellow Wonderful poets, I need your help!!!!!
My parents' 25th [silver]anniversary is in november && i was at a loss as to what to get them. After 10 years since the last one [they don't really realize i write] I thought a beautiful poem with a picture of them in a big beautiful frame would be PERFECT!
Just one problem, i don't write lovey dovey sentimental type poems && I'm coming up blank....this is where you come in, I need you to help create a PHRASE BANK to inspire me
What would you write for that special someone's Anniversary...whether it be parents, aunts, uncles, sisters, etc...
Write me a ONE LINER or SHORT stanza that will take my breathe away && inspire me to write something beautiful.
Rules:
~Poetic Devices are your friend...metaphors are GOOD
~Keep it loving, caring, romantic...
~Absolutely NO adult or erotic themes
~NO bashing, gore, cutting or anything negative
~No tYpInG lIkE tHiS
~No Prewrites, but i may change my mind later if participation is low.
~You can enter a max of TWO [2] entries.
~Please PUT YOUR NAME in the author notes [incase i need to beg you for more help!!

PS - i tend not to rhyme alot [i like free verse], but a little rhyme is ok
*NOT FOLLOWING ALL THE RULES WILL GET YOU DQ'D

Bronze is 125
Points are likely to increase and have several HM's if I get the amount of entries i would like to see.
