Paint A Picture - ends later tonight

I'm home and I'm starting to comment,

if you are working on something, let me know:)

I will judge this tonight some time
when I get home from work...about 12 hours.

I want to read your poetry
as if I am looking at a picture.

BUT: it must say something to me.

No rules, only, no dark poetry, please.

Sensual is good..lol

If this is too vauge or you would like

a prompt, then show

me a small picture of some part

of the street you live on, --

make me feel an ambiance,

I like ambiance in poetry..lol

any line length.

Thank you, please

give me something amazingly

beautiful to look at!

  • Final notes:
All are wonderful poems, congrats to you all, I enjoyed each one so much, and could really put myself in the picture of so many of these ...I found that interesting...the poems I chose were poems with beautiful pictures and message, as I did not want dark poems...and I really enjoyed 'A Dream Lies Here' and 'Thank You Mom', a dedication poem that deserves HM, thank you all so much, it's way too late and I won't do an after work contest like this again....lol...good night..or morning for some...
