For some reason I'm always inspired by articles of clothing. I know I'm not the only one.
Your poem doesn't have to be actually about a piece of clothing, just mention it.
Any clothing will do. It doesn't have to be a tie or skirt, though it can be. It can be socks, shirts, pants, hats, suits, dresses, etc. Shoes count as well, but no jewelry.
Any length, any subject. I prefer freeverse poetry over fell fledged rhyme.
One entry, be creative.
