The Human Condition

if you want, i'm also holding this on storywrite, so feel free to enter there as well, if you want to write prose.

i want a poem (prose is for storywrite) based on "what you experience, but cannot define or explain"
this is emotions, death, anything that fits.

just no happy shit. it pisses me off. so does punctuation when used incorrecntly.

feel free to message with questions. i don't care if you reply to my comments etc., because its too easy to see who the writer is. i'm a free user (i don't want to spend money) so its anonymous.

don't whine, moan, winge, or cry if i disqualify you. don't send me hatemail if you don't like my honesty. i can send hatemail back to you ^_^

spell check is there for a reason, so for fucks sake use it.

no other rules, but please put the link to my short story on storywrite called "(work in progress)", just so i know you actually read it, and worked to get it, since its in the older lot. i want comments on it too; extra brownie points if you comment it ^_^

and for the love of writing, categorize correctly. i don't want to see "no categories" or i'll dq without warning.

i want entries, so go whore my contest.

Sorry.. I cannot agree with you... Spell-checking devices are often responsible for gross errors, as they try to convert rare words into ones that they recognize. I have managed to disable mine... but every so often, it manages to get active again!

"its ok, but what is the thing we experience yet cannot explain?"

What, you expected me to lay it all out for you? Inexplicable experience is one of the main ideas in the entire poem. That's made blatantly clear by the subject matter, emphasis on "inexplicable"--- which, concerning the poem, cannot come from anything other than experience, not just physical.

I apologize for my assumption: that is, I apologize for assuming this contest to concern intellectual matters--- the (first) poem I entered is an intellectual poem, apparently not the crowd for such poetry.
