okay...
this is a contest about recovery...
i myself have had alot of bad stuff happen in the past...that we do not need to discuss, the point is...i'm over it now...i found a better life...a better me

i want to hear your stories...
on how YOU recovered from depression or a heartache etc

or i want you to tell me the advice that you would give someone to help THEM recover

this is a poem i wrote about my recovery...not about how i did it...but what happened...just by writing it...i cried...i felt so proud of myself

i want you to be able to write me something like this and cry yourself...from pride...

i want you all to show me how life can get better and most of all i want you to show it to yourselves...

you do NOT have to write about recovery from depression or the edge of death etc... just anything that makes you proud

if you can't think of anything like this...then give someone advice on how to do it...

just make me feel...make me proud of you...make me cry...whatever...

me and long poetry do NOT mix...i am lazy and easily bored...so unless it has a damn good flow and interests me alot etc then i advise you against entering really long
