Great topic! I'm pretty such this one will wake some of those slumberers who have not entered as of late.

And Ima and I write for two completely different reasons, so there's two more entries coming! Ima would have commented here but he's too upset by AP's message of the day:

"An onion can make people cry, but there has never been a vegetable invented to make them laugh."

    Will Rogers

Not only does Ima consider himself a very droll fellow but his cousin, Sir Walter Onion is indeed a very humorous vegetable. So you can she how hard that comment of the day has hit him!

I have a dilemma. I have a can of ravioli but I also have a can of Hormel chili. If you were me, which would you eat?

Wow! What a great surprise to wake up to this morning! Thanks so much to everyone who voted for my poem and for the bronze. Congratulations to Heathcote and Angelica, and all the HM winners. My writer's block seems to have lifted recently (It's been hanging on for over two months!!!) so I hope to see you all in the next contest also.

    Love and s to all,
    ~J.
