Take this time. Pretend you know someone that is visually impaired, or having serious eye sight problems.
What would you do in helping to encourage them and put a smile on their face ?
You can write them either a letter, or poem.
Maybe you have another problem that might encourage them in hearing your troubles and how you overcame them.
Rules
1. No insults/bashing
2. You can do it in any form or even a letter.
Those are the only two I can think of for now.
I'll add more rules if needed.
Please keep in mind this is a serious contest.
You don't even have to know anyone that is visually impaired but just put yourself in someone elses shoes.
Like the person having to take care of the one that is in need.
Prizes may or may not increase. If you have any questions feel free and ask.

Hmm, I will have to bookmark this and read it. As one being legally blind, with no vision in one eye, I am curious to see what others will write.

This is a very interesting contest, My late husband became legally blind the last few years of his live, due to diabetic complications.
Good luck with this contest, I hope it elevates awareness for others.

This is the first contest I've seen on this subject. I have a lovely aunt who has been losing her sight and her hearing from the age of 17. Her heart is beautiful, and her soul is blessed, and I am blessed to have her still in my life. She's in her late 70s, but neither her loss of hearing or sight stops her. She still types her yearly 'newsletter' to all the friends and relatives. My uncle holds her hand and takes her everywhere with him. They are what I hope my husband and I will be like when we're that old. A remarkable couple.
I'll put this in my favories and come back to it. I'm so glad I found this. Hugs, Patricia
By the way, not trying to be nosey, but is there someone in particular you're holding this for? -

Well, just wanting to help those that might need it is all.

It's very sweet that you want to help. If I could give my aunt her hearing and sight back, I would, but I just let her know I love her. You have a beautiful heart.
