Merry-Go-Round, Invite ONLY

 OK, welcome to all of you and congratulations for making it this far.

This is an invite only contest and is only open to those on the list below.  

If you think you should be on this list and are not, please IM me immediately, please.

 

For personal reasons, this will actually be a finals round, my apologies, but when things get better for me, I will certainly start doing the rounds contests again.

Recent events in my life have had me depressed and frustrated and unable to write, therefore I am going to call on all of you to help me and maybe get a shiny pretty bauble and some points in the meantime.

I would like to see poems that lift my spirits, be it inspirational or humorous.  It can be in any form, style, or length.

 

Rules:

*Limit the cussing and keep it clean, pretty and at least PG rated.

   PLEASE. NO gore or violence, (This includes to oneself,)

     as there is likely to be younger entrants and because it does not impress me.

     Plus, it does not really seem appropriate in this one, now does it?

*Erotica is allowed IN MODERATION!

     nothing violent, gory, or hardcore please.

*English preferred, or at least add an English translation

     if you really must write in another language

*No Sticky Caps or chat speak please

*NO BASHING! Of ANY kind

*Read and comment on at least one other entry

*Please put your screen name in your author's notes

     (If you are unwilling or unable to edit the notes, please put it in the comments

     I will be making on your piece, please.

     I understand about being a poor freebie member hehe)

*If I IM you about something concerning your entry and

     you do not respond in a reasonable time, I will DQ the piece in question

*No more than 2 entries per poet
