Welcome to yet another one of my competitions. im hoping that this one will go a bit more succesful as i am using long hard earned points here.
][Whats it about][
Ok so heres the deal..most competitons are on on love or darkness or heatbreak or something or another...but im being different becuase i am unique.
For the last 2 weeks i have not been able to sleep for anymore than 3 hours a night. ok so you can imagine..im exhausted and apprently according to friends look like im on a high. its also causing me alot of headaches. i do try to sleep ive tried everything..it just dosnt work
][What i want][
I want you to write a poem on sleep...here are some ideas
1. Not having enough sleep...reasns why such as nightmares..heartbreak
2. what you dream when your asleep,
3. things that hel you sleep.
4 what someone looks like when they sleep
Ok so we get the basic idea....just sleep lol.
][Rules][
1. No chat lingo not everyone can understand it.
2. NoNe Of tHiS sTiCkY cApS it annoys me big time.
3. the poem must not flow of the subject in matter.
4. Keep swearing to a minumum..dont you think it ruins poem?
4. No cursing people..its not fair.
5. Put "your sleep is my essence" is the authors notes so i know you have read the rules.

Now i look forward to your entrys. i am a fair judge so if i notice something wrong or you have not followed rules i shall message you before DQ...unlike some judges -grumbles-

the poems that i have chosen are onesthat i could relate to most closely.
but i thought everyones poetry was wonderful and expressive thsie was a wonderful contest i enjoyed hosting it

when i think of something...i am entering. last year, i was up for over a month straight. so i know the feeling and i think i once wrote something about not being able to sleep. I'll have to do it again. it will be interesting, to say the very least. lol

I am an insominca. the only time I sleep is when I am sick or have a stress attack. but tricks to fall asleep is.....
one- watch something so boring you pass out
two- watch something so funny you pass out from laughing
three- listen to my mother and you will bang your head into the wall until you pass out
four- get very comfortable and just lay there
five- lay on pillows
six- get a sootheing bath, listen to soothing music and turn out all the lights and have a blindfold on and lay down
if not, use colorform? or whatever that knock out drug is. -
have church this evenin but in middle of one for this contest please dont close early.......
