As I have an abundance of points, and tomorrow is special for me, I am holding a contest.
Please write something that you know I will like.
The picture is not a prompt; it is just one of my obsessions: pictures of sunsets and clouds. Do bear in mind that it is mine and should not be "borrowed" without permission.
I am not limiting your style except in these ways:
Proper grammar is a must.
No chatspeak; I do not understand it and it takes to long to find an interpreter.
No StiCkY CapS.
No foul language. It will show up bunny and I will laugh right past you.
Erotica is okay, if tasteful.
I am doing this anonymously this time. I will not know you, so please do not reply to comments until after this ends. There is a time limit. Brownie points will be awarded, if you can figure out why.
Have fun.

Contest is Over
- Contest was judged on July 30, 2007
- Rewards: Gold: 500, Silver: 100, Bronze: 75, Honorable mention: 4 people
- Final notes: Thank you all for contributing to my contest. I did not tell anyone what it was for, but July 9th was my birthday and I just wanted some nice things to read. I must honestly say that after I choose the finalists, I did log out and check out the authors. I did not change my mind, I went with first impressions. However, what impressed me more was that I only know four of you and another name that I have just seen in passing. Several of the poems did describe me very well. Although none of them were specific, I do feel that most gave me a good picture of who I am. A couple had nothing to do with me, but one was especially worthwhile.
Again, I thank everyone. I did add points and HMs to the list. I did not do any commenting, but I plan to do so, now that the judging is over and to at least give applauds.
Well wishes in your endeavours.

I will try to enter this, and my, what a lovely picture. I was sitting in my backyard the other day when the sun was setting, and the sun came through the trees so majestically. I took a picture with my phone and everyone I send it to thinks it was be professionally taken.
Just a story, friend to friend! Hugs, auntie!
