It seems to me that cats are the PURR-fect creatures for haiku. Cats are probably my most favorite of all haiku-themes, and by their very nature they are absolutely PURR-fect for this form.
The idea of this contest is to write cat haiku of 17- syllables-or-less with CAT as the theme or part of your haiku.
THE HISS-HISS RULES:
1. Two-entry limit per-person/Genuine AP personality only please.
2. Haiku-chains are considered one entry, so feel free to post a second entry if you so choose.

I am such a cat lover. My Second Husband told me it was my cats or him. I really hated to see him go. But my cats had been with me more years that him. So off he went.(Lisa)
