Contest is Over

  • Contest was judged on June 28, 2007
  • Rewards: Gold: 300, Honorable mention: 10 people
  • Final notes:
OK......there are gonna be some Writes which will NOT have a review on them ~

    This was NOT intentional ~

    I did review each write.....twice!

For some reason the site is acting up and I am not able to give, nor leave comments on some of the entries !

This is a horrible feeling for me as I found some Great entries......however.....I did add 10 HM's to allow for those who were able to receive a comment ~

I would be more than happy to send you another review when the site is not acting crazy ~

I am in the hospital with my mother all day tomorrow, so please bear with me ~

    I enjoyed EVERY entry ~

The Gold swept me away ~

The Silver deserves a Gold as well....but Dennis passed ya by Sissy by a slight margin !

The Bronze is not unexpected....Novy......you are soooo frikkin talented ~

Shelley....that Triquain is beautifully created and penned with truth behind the mythology and accuracy of the tale and deserves to be recognized ~

Susie, Mal & Beth......y'all are becoming some of my Favorite Poets here on AP......Please don't stop writing!!

    Cannons....deercatcher....& Nox.....Very well done...all 3 of you!!

I had to add the HM's because I felt you deserved them!

Thank you ALL for coming out to support this contest ~

My Mother is in dire need of prayer right now.....I found her almost dead on her couch this morning when I pulled into Arkansas ~

My step dad, 67 years old and just as fraile, was trying his best to do what he could....but they live soooo far out in the Ozarks, that they had no way of getting help ~

There is a lonnng story behind this....but just please say a prayer for her.......Her name is Jo Ann....his name is Art ~

I will ask God to bless each of you who lift them up in prayer ~

I shall chat soon....but will be at the hospital allll day tomorrow as well ~

Always remember to....SMILE....God loves you all ~

    Bear ~
