Now that we've got our guest list, this party needs a theme.
Challenge!
This contest is about challenging yourselves, but above all, you challenging me.
That's why i will be avoiding any prior knowledge of who writes what.

You will each be designing your disguise for this costume party. that is the point.
I want you to write something good that is somehow different from your normal style.
In short, I don't want to be able to guess who wrote each entry. I can usually identify most of your writing immediately.
So surprise me,
Challenge me,
And let me be happily shocked when names are revealed at the end of the party!

Just because my mind is telling me i have to, i'm going to post party rules.

1:no erotica. though i admit that would be a stray from the norm for some of you. lets keep it even more spontaneous than that.

2:no intolerance, no bashing of anything, anyone, any culture, any lifestyle...you guys all know this, and i know you wont do it anyway, right?. don't disappoint me.

3: of course your poem must be original and unique.

4: you may write about almost anything, but please try to keep it tasteful.


5: this is a party. so have fun. or else!

    First of all, The only reason i did not comment on these entries was because i didnt want to scroll down to the bottm and see anyone else's comments, in case they had given me any clues as to who posted what. i will comment on each as soon as the contest is closed. I loved them all, thank you all for entering. I plan on having another one of these contests later, to give the people who didnt enter this one another chance. Thanks again, these were the best contest results i've ever had.
