I will definitely come back to this but currently I have to go, as I am at school.

Have a good one! -
Dear Mary,
Their Majesties are absolutely thrilled with your choice of subject for this number #12 contest, it being one very dear to their hearts which they had hoped would one day be chosen since EVERY Huguenauty can surely enter this contest, thus providing a collection of superlative poems which would be eminently worthy of publication.
We commend you for this but are sorry that it is limited to the first 19 entries only.
With applause, love and hugs, Hugh R.
Thankyou. -
Dear Hugh, The limit of entries was my mistake and I have corrected it now. There is no limit to entries.

To ALL Huguenauties! Please read!!
Mary K has posted Huguenauties contest No.#12

Judging incomplete.
I have fifteen on my list to be read again, one clear winner so far, but not sure where. So many of such high quality takes decisions beyond content into technical aspects, which will determine final placement.
Subjectively, several were not meant for me, nothing wrong with them otherwise.
Five others I could not see to read them without pain. In competition it should not, for reasons of courtesy, be necessary to highlight the text because there is not enough contrast between dark background and content. Even worse is a patterned background that wins the fight with text that blends in too well.
For years since undiagnosed diabetes tried to blind me, I have had to skip those. I know I miss a lot of great stuff.
Not all readers here are bright-eyed youngsters, or even luckier than I am, but I'll apologize anyway. I am sorry.
Results soon.

Oh yes, I loved this contest. I am pelased with the trophy winners, as well. Great job Margaret, Heathcote and D P Robertson.
This contest brought 24 entries, all of them great entries. Hope to see a new contest up soon. -
Congratulations to the winners and thankyou for the HM

Thank you for the Honorable Mention in this challenge. There were indeed many wonderful works spent on these pages. I love our contests and look forward to the next. I was wondering if I can host a contest in the group. I would ask the King and a member of the Court to help judge the contest. I would like to hold a; Modern Day Sonnet Challenge. The topic of the entries would be now-a-day issues. The contest I am presently holding ends on Saturday. I would be willing to start the contest with this Group on Sunday. Let me know if that's something I am allowed to do.
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL!
Much Love ♥

Dear Poetryality,
I am sorry but only the winner of a huguenauties contest may host the next contest. If you wish to run the contest in "Hugh Wyles Favourites' Group" (as distinct from Huguenauties contests), that would be quite in order but in no way should it conflict with or compromise Huguenauties contests nor should the huguenauties site be used for it in any way.
Love and hugs, XXX Hugh R.

Thank you to my friends and competitors for your votes, I am honoured to be awarded this prize. Congratulations to Heath and David, both wonderful poems and deserving of their trophies. So many other poems could have won, and have in other contests - well done all!
Now it is up to me to run the next group contest! Give me a day to figure that one out.
