Alright everyone, time for a contest. Let's see who can come out on top, who's has what everyone calls 'it'. Are you the bomb diggity? Can you possibly pass as the best? Time to find out;
Pick an Option and run with it.
Option One:
Write about your best friend. Don't really care if it's something you did with them or whatever, or if its just how much you're grateful for them. Either way, go ahead.
Option Two:
Titles, pick a title and use it. If you use inspiration from the song I don't mind.
Time Stands Still
Move Along
Ghost of a Rose
I'll Be
When God Made You
How to Save a Life
Let Love In
Iris
So She Dances
November Rain
She Says
True
Hero
I Miss You
Ghost of Her
I'm Still Here
Always
Note: I'll probably remove one if it's used three times, no worries, I'll replace it with another title.
Option Three:
Write about losing a loved one, really make me cry on this one, no idea why I'm putting this one here, but just incase you need to vent, go ahead.
Option Four:
Here it is, the one thing everyone wants and yet hates, love. Yep that's right, write about love. Pure and simple.
Option Five:
Since Mother's Day is so close write about your mom, no hate poems please.
Options Six:
This one's for all my Chirst Lovers! If you want to write about your salvation story, what He delievered you from, or how far He's brought you. Or if you simply want to write about His greatness and glory go ahead, or if you just wanna write Him a love poem go ahead.
Now, the dreaded part. (dun dun dun)
Rules:
1. No angst, suicide, dark, or erotica. Thank you.
2. No bashing or cussing.
3. Put "Pickles rock my sox off" in your authors box.
4. Also put the option you chose in your authours box. (you can use more than one option or enter more than one poem)
Well, hope everyone found one they can write under. Go and prove yourself a poet. Give your best, I'm a tough judge.
I'll be adding points for third place when I get them. It'll probably be fifty.
Pick an Option and run with it.
