I need a love song! Surely you lyricists and songwriters have or can write a love song. My AP wife and I are having an aniversary on May 15th and I need a gift for her.
What I want is a collaborative effort. You submit the lyrics and or song in this contest. I will adapt the lyrics and compose a melody to the winning song if possible and record it. - Final notes: I enjoyed reading all the entries and we really appreciate your interest in our contest. Many of the entries didn't really seem quite right for an anniversary gift for Jackie, though some are quite interesting and good. There were a couple which didn't really fit at all. Nice romantic lyrics

I always think first of "Moondance" by Van Morrison when I think of romantic and tender. -

I don't know the song, "Moondance" but it is a great title. We are really getting rain here. Seems like it is every day. There are quite a few entries in this contest. Judging may be a little tough.
