Go to the http://www.cafexperiment.com/
Enter the Xperiment. There is a calendar in the links that will show you all the photos posted in April.
Reserve your spot in this contest by picking one of the days of April that a coffee photo has been posted. (There are 19 so far) So write the number of the day you pick as your title here.
Then write your poem directly into the comments at the cafeXperiment, below the photo you pick.
If you copy the photo to add to your own poetry page here, remember that these photos are licensed under "creative commons" law which means you MUST credit the photographer (and it would be nice to provide a link back to the cafeXperiment as well.)
Remember, the point here is that you write your poem in the comments at the cafeXperiment so that the photographer gets to read the poem their photo inspired.
Please only use the month of April photos so I can tell which number goes to what photo. Enter as many times as you like.
UPDATE! I know I originally said do not pick a number that someone else has already picked but I realized that's silly. I will say this, TRY to pick an unused cup first.
--------------------->Let's fill these cups up!<----------------------
To add a comment, use the grey bar on the right side to scroll down; there you will see the comments as well as the photographer's name. You can add a link to your site or your AP page in your comment/poem, as well.
Have fun!

You know I am not the best speller in the world and on that site I could not use my MS spell checker. I discovered that I have two words misspelled there.
maze should be maize and dailly (typo) should be daily. Are you aware of anyone I can contact to make those corrections.

you can email Valentina and ask if there's a way to edit that. cafe@cafexperiment.com but I wouldn't be too worried about it. Cute picture of Rielyn!

This is a fun contest and though I never drink coffee (gives me a severe stomach ache) I couldn't resist writing a poem. There are really beautiful photos on that site, yours included.

ah, thank you. Well, I'm glad you did!

WOW, never thought that I, as a non coffee drinking Dutchie, would win Gold and HM in this fine contest.
The pleasure was all mine. As I'm an amateur photographer too, I really enjoyed the photos on that cafexperiment site. -

Both your poems were inventive and Eusebius, who is the Italian sonnet master here at AP, assured me it was excellent, form wise.
Glad you liked the photos!
You should post one of yours and run a contest! And if you do one of a coffee, send it in to the cafeXperiment

Thank you, Carol. I had to laugh this morning when my daughter unraveled the entire border of this jumper I am making her in the picture. She pulled it out of the basket and brought it into me, trailing the yarn behind, just as I was judging the contest.
