Eyes For The Blind

DESCRIBE AN OBJECT TO A BLIND PERSON....

REMEMBER THE PERSON HAS NEVER SEEN NOTHING THROUGH THEIR EYES......

SO YOU CAN  NOT SAY/TELL  , YOU NEED TO SHOW ......

READ THE ENTIRE CONTEST  PAGE TO GET A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR.......

First read the poem below.... This is what I am looking for....

This is my description of a twinkling star....

the open hand (sense of touch), feels spitting rain, the quickening beat, the sharpness of a droplet - 'twinkling star'

-----------------------------------------

World Of Darkness

A window holds no glass within a soul's life,

a blind presence is eternally awake.

Its mind can only mould a view unknown.

The concept of sensory awaiting arousal,

as an open palm,

captures a thought of vision.

The falling bullets of rain,

strike upon an outstretched hand.

A downpour of droplets,

escape the clouds

in a sequence of quick rhythm.

A sharpened edge

outlines each raindrop.

A world of darkness,

has captured

     A Twinkling Star

myspace layouts, myspace codes, glitter graphics

Pick an object anything you like....... I advice a smaller object to be able to describe (when I say describe I don't mean in words.... stimulate the senses)

don't tell..... show, feel, taste, scent, colour...

REMEMBER NOTHING HAS BEEN SEEN THROUGH THESE BLIND EYES.....

no shape no colour no nothing......

You need to describe it to a totally blind person.....

* Remember although a person is blind, their remaining senses of taste, touch, sound, smell are more sensitive.

- describe & give an insight for blind eyes to be able to paint a picture within their mind

Any questions message me......

-nothing under 10 lines but not a novel either

-put the object in author notes

Give me a masterpiece.. something different... something unique...

Give a visual to the eyes darkness....
