- Final notes: I had no idea this would be such a success. And I’m lost for words. You people chipped in for me when I needed it most, and lifted me so high and helped me so much. Some may know, it’s small steps and this catapulted me so much further in the road of recovery. Aside from the winners, I believed you all deserved a trophy, so you all have a little honourable mention. There is no best and worst in the runner ups, you all made a great job and I just want to really apply motion to the saying “I wish I could give you all a trophy” because angels like you deserve it

Hey hunni.
I entered, as you know, but I just wanted to say all the best with the recovery.
I'm trying to recover too, I've put on 2lbs since 21st march and increased my calorie intake to 650. Doesn't sound like alot, I know, but I used to be on anything from 0 to 250, so it's something. IM me if you wanna chat, just thought I'd let you know I'm with you all the way.

I went from 150 to 300 to 600 and now I'm sitting at 800
And it's good, I'm putting weight on and I'm starting to feel better all over
I feel more awake and my stomache pains have stopped

I hope you and your family are proud of you for coming so far with your recovery. I don't know anything about how bulimia affects a person, I just know a little bit about the early stages of anorexia. I don't know if this helps..
I was.. not very happy about my weight. I was a model at the time, and not only my agency, but also and mostly it was my mother telling me to loose weight.
I wrote about it. "The Invisible Inch"
I don't know if it would help you to read it, but it might.
I'll try to write something new for you as well.. if I can.
Good to know that you're getting better, and if you need someone to support you, I'll try my best to be there whenever you need.

Just a note to wish you well... Trying to gain weight - or even to stop losing it - is quite a bore, I know. Unfortunately, the only poems I have on weight problems are humorous pieces about losing (or not losing) it... but if they would cheer you, I can send them to you.
For myself, I find the best way to deal with health problems is to laugh at them. -
