write about anything...however, rules do apply.
RULES (read us please)
* closes for judging at midnight (March 24, midnight)
* thirty-five lines or less, not including spaces
* free verse...that means no rhyme
* no prewrites
* no erotica
* if I remove your poem, don't throw a hissy fit - I'm not going to catch it.
* I will give out critique if I feel it is necessary; as contest holder I reserve that right.
* Depending on the number of entries, I may or may not comment on them all...if your poem is not commented on at close, don't fret.
Please keep in mind that I will enforce these rules, and failure to comply = automatic removal. I will not make any exceptions, unless you have a very, very good excuse.
When all is said and done, comments on the top 3 and the HM will be given out publicly on the contest page.
