Ah, Spring… the warm kiss of sunshine, the hungry robin's return, the spectacular quiet of unfolding leaves… and mud. It's the stuff from which poetry is made. Okay… forget the mud. Take up your pen, or sit down at the keyboard, or brood at the window, and contemplate spring and warmth and the growing season and romance and the end of the school year… whatever bursts your bulbs… and write a poem.

This sounds like such a fun contest. I am going to have try to enter something that matches your criteria for this. I love Spring time. It reminds me of childhood memories of hunting for easter hugs and eagerly awaiting the Easter bunny's arrival
