we often tend to focus on what's wrong about our lives or with the world, wanting things to be different than they are ... mentally ruminating about how the world, our partner, our lives should be ...", "would be, if ..." or "could be, if only there would be ..."
so for this contest, I am just inviting you to suspend this natural tendency of the mind to judge, and to rather recognize the wonderful things, people, situations, and world that actually exist in front of our eyes, right here and right now ... when our focus shifts towards the present moment, all that this moment contains or does not contain, is just welcomed the way it is ... and this attitude of welcoming without judging, is one of the most gratifying experiences we can make, since it bestows joy, contentment and peace of heart ...
please, just shift your attention from your thinking mind to your feeling heart and express your gratitude for what is ... for what your experience is in this very moment ... for who you really are here and now ...

Oh I cant believe I am only seeing this contest now!! Nevertheless, what a wonderful idea. I so agree that our lives ends up to be the product of our thoughts and judgements...we focus more on the lack of things in our lives in stead of the things we have and potentially can have! The law of manifesting...as simple as shifting our focus!!
