Ladies and gentlemen if you don't cry, who will?

If we are being hurt and we don't feel it, then we are in a very risky position. A devastating 3-pronged suicide attack on Jerusalem's most popular thoroughfare should evoke a cry of pain and suffering from all of us, should it not? Unless of course, we have lost our senses.
And if we have lost our senses, then what hope is there?
But why we will cry when we are sad?
Well crying is a therapy…Crying is a communication…crying is a kind of defensive mechanism that occurs automatically, after some incident.
Defensive mechanism as it sounds like...we are supposed to feel better after crying. Just like when we are afraid or shocked, we shout.
So, if you feel like crying, just cry and pick up your pen…
I well up, I overflow
I bear it up, this is what I know
How I remembered pain when the well ran dry
Now at the heart of rain, go on and let it cry
CHORUS:
Cry, Cry, Cry
A great lake of tears
Cry, Cry, Cry
Let it wash away your fears
Cry, Cry, Cry
Let the water overflow
Cry, Cry, Cry
Go on and let 'er go
Well, done is done, after the falling rain
Let the waters run, it's waterfall again
That rainy day is here, no use to wonder why
The welling of the tears, go on and let it cry
CHORUS:
And in the keep, down in the well
I see the moon, a silver spell
Down in the moon, up in the sky
We keep the heart as we wonder why
The water and the well, bound to be as One
But still you cannot tell the water how to run
So if you pass by an empty well
Go on and cry, cry
And let her drink her fill
CHORUS.............
Cry, Cry, Cry from Chris Williamson's Ashes
