  Regardless of the abuse's, rape's, neglect's, rejection's you had to face in your previous life or of your present remember to not let that rid you of your hope and your genuine heart...it's really hard I know and that there are some pretty ruthless people out here in this world but you know life is going to throw some curve balls...hell, maybe the whole baseball bat but you still have to remain strong...bad events and things that happend to us in our days is all just a test...it's a hard, mean test that doesn't give grades...but gives you the ability to survive anything!
  SO PASS MY PEOPLE! by overcoming the best to your part...if you learn to cope and manage for that day you make a frickin' A on the Test...SO BE SOME A STUDENTS FOR ME!

  For my people that are dealing with the past, hunted memeories there are somethings you can do!
  
  Meditation...and no it doens't really mean sitting indian style saying hmmmmmmm lol it can be listening to a nice soft relaxing song at ease with your soul...however you choose to meditate remember it'a all about peace...and relievement of the soul!
  
  Another thing is Excerise...not only do you get in shape it helps relieve anger as well...so excerise! not too much just about a couple of times out of the week.
  
  Another thing you can do to pass the life test is to Write Poetry!...that should be easy and everybody's favorite ...write poems about how you feel...inhale the poem...be the poem! and that will help relieve some sadness or depression you might be feeling especially if you encourage other's to read and give feeback!...I'M GOING TO RUN ANOTHER CONTEST FOR MY BROKEN PEOPLE SO STAY TUNE TO THAT AS WELL!
