This contest is pretty simple.
Write a poem, any style or length on the following question.
(Psst, try to keep your poem under 35 lines though, if possible)
What does the word Wicca mean to you?
It does not matter if you are Wiccan or you are not.
When you hear the word Wiccan what does it mean to you?
What do YOU think of?
You can be completely honest here.
No one will be judging you for what you believe.
I respect ALL religions myself.
and no I am not Wiccan.
A couple rules here:
No bashing religions!
The object is to share our thoughts not bash each other.
So please repect one another.
We all have our own beliefs and they are ALL to be repected.
No unreadable backgrounds or fonts.
I'm serious on this, if I have to highlight it, you are DQ'd.
No Profanity!
I cannot see why it would be relevant to the contest. So don't use it.
No negative comments on your work or anyone else's.
(constructive is great, negative is a no-no)
If I see "this isn't my best work", "I know it sucks" or "work in progress" or anything of this nature on anyone's poem after it closes....
you entry will be DQ'd and your poem removed without notice.
I'm serious, that is totally my pet peever here folks.
There may be other prizes awarded depending
on the number of entries.
And sorry, but NO prewrites allowed.
You can enter as many times as you'd like.
And I fully expect top quality poetry here please.
Those that have entered my contest, know I generally get some great competiton in them, so do your best!
I generally do not comment until contest close. So if you don't get a comment right away, don't worry. You will.
