I am kind of pissed off right about now so I need some dark writes to help delve and deliver my anger. I am going to give you some options and you shall write in one of them. Can enter as many times as you like.
-Dark writes only. If I do not deem your write dark enough, I will disqualify it. Not because it is bad, but because it doesn't fit in this contest.
-I would prefer the writes are not that long. If you have got an excellent write and it's 100 lines then fair enough, enter it... But it has to be great. No limitations just be sensible.
Rules
1. Prewrites are allowed but only if they fit in with the options. If they do not fit, I will disqualify them. Sorry, but this is how it goes.
2. Erotica, swearing and other adult themes are allowed as long as you put them in the right category and they go with the option.
3. No chatspeak or writing as such, I really can't stand it.
4. Write the option number in the authors comments. If it's not in, I'm going to remind you once and if you haven't changed it within 24 hours I will disqualify you. I went easy in my other contests but not this one. One simple rule, follow it.
5. Enter as many times as you want, including in each option. Hey, I love the darkness, it consumes me most often.
6. Any questions leave as comment here or message me.
Well done. Now for the options:
1. You become victim to a succubi/incubi. Can write anything on this subject. Either what happened, how it left you, how it felt etc. Can be in story or poem form.
2. You wake, or at least think you do, and you are dead. I will leave this piece to your imagination. Can be in poetry or story form. Though I rather poetry.
3. You are raped by somebody and then 2 weeks later you come pass a burning building. They are in that burning building. What's going through your head? What do you do/feel? Can be in story or poem form.
4. Insanity. Just elaborate on this one either:
a. Write about a mental illness/condition.
b. Write in the persona of someone mad, acting like they would.
c. Try and drive me mad/the reader mad.
d. Describe true insanity.
Can write anything else you can think of in this subject. Would like this one siimply in poetry form please.

5. Murder someone. Murder someone right in front of our eyes, so to speak. Detail, why you murdered them, how it felt, what you used to kill them etc. In poetry or story form.
6. Female rape. You are a female and you rape a man, or sexually assault him. If you do not understand this look it up or don't use this option. Perhaps even elaborate on what you expect it is. Just give me it and the reasons behind it and what is done. In poetry or story form.
7. Torture. I want one of the following:
- Chinese torture.
- Bizarre types of torture.
- Interogation
Any other form of torture you can think of. But be graphic, and describe what you are actually being tortured/the person/the person you are torturing is being tortured for. Poetry or story form.
8. I want you to write a poem as a demon/the devil. I want it to be on the topic of (one of these, or a couple if like):
- Human stupidity
- Driving a person to do bad deeds (including how, when and what happens).
- Driving a person mad (how you do it exactly and perhaps why?)
- The devil himself (you are a lower demon and write opinions belief on your master and or equal).
- Angels/God (Why you hate them, pity them, want revenge on them etc)
- Possession (either a possession, describe how to possess or the feeling of possessing someone).
Come up with your own ideas if you want but write down the idea in the authors comments so I know what your on about. Can be story or poetry form.
9. Yet again you are a demon. But this time I want you to do a character profile or a story of yourself. Basically you are a demon of ____ for example:
Species: Demon
Name: Ambuisha
Weapons/Powers: Drive people to great anger/wrath.
Techniques: Find those already filled with a bit of anger and push them to more anger to make them commit atrocious sins.
This kind of thing. You are describing the demon. Can put any details you like as much or as little, but must have a name, powers, what type of demon they are and strengths/weaknesses.
10. Describe the ultimate evil in your own words. Who is it or what is it. How does it work... Why is it there, how was it driven and what keeps it going. Prefer this in poetry form, but can do it in story form.
11. American Psycho is a brilliant book. Did you know that Cameron Hooker was a big fan of the book and had it on his shelves at home at the time of his arrest? I want you to write as a serial killer. Either a sex killer, gangster, whatever. Just give me the actions, feelings (or lack of) when you do these crimes. You can do this in story form or in poetry form.
12. Write me something so devistatingly disturbing I will want to call the funny farm on you, or go running to my mummy. Can be on any topic but make it dark, horrible, morbid, evil, twisted... You get the idea. Story form or poetry form.
13. Write me a story/prose/poem where you are in an alternate world/place. Here are your choices of places/worlds:
- You are in a world where everything is upside down. The grass is blue, the sky is green. Good is evil, evil is good. Churches are feared and graveyards are beautiful. Elaborate with this.
- This world you go into due to taking drugs (LSD or Magic Mushrooms, for example). It can be any horror you want, but make it as such. No pink fluffy bunnies kissing your feet or no sexy ladies/lads fanning you (though I guess that is kind of disturbing for me). Describe it and also describe how the drug gets you there. I will go harsh on his one as I know a lot about drugs as my dad is a drug rehabilitation officer.
- You are in a world where there is no such thing as love, kindness or care. Elaborate on this. Give your feelings, thoughts and pains.
- You are in a world where the opposite sex controls everything. You have no control and you have no rights. They can treat you how they like and it would not be illegal to harm you. Describe this world to me in your own words, and what you have to put up with.
- A world where demons roam the earth and torture people. Could be by killing them, driving them to insanity, raping them, killing their animals or something as simple but disturbing however as chasing them. Tell me what they do and how awful this world is. Can be in your persona, the demons or a bystander.
- Your worst enemy in this world, or place, is your master/lord/superior. What do they have you do? What do you endure? Why and how did you get in this position in the first place?
Any other ideas are welcome but if I sense it is not related, then I will disqualify, just warning you. Please write what you did if not in this list. Thank you. Can be in poetic or story form.
14. In poem or story form, I want you to be someone (or you can be someone that watches this person) who accidently brings characters from this particular horror film to life. They are real, can kill and you only managed to do this by ... (you come up with how you managed to do this). The choice of the films are as follows:
- Halloween
- Friday the 13th
- American Psycho
- Chucky
- Scream
- Terror Tower
- Hellraiser
Any other ideas of films then you may submit, but do tell me which one you chose, wont you. Put down the film you used even if on this list. Thank you.
15. I want you to pick one of these songs. If you don't know any, look up the lyrics, or if you want a challenge look up the lyrics of one of the songs you don't already know. What I want you to do is write a story telling the story the song is telling. For example, if I was to write a story about Because You Loved Me, Celine Dion, I may have a story where a woman finds her husband dead, shot by his missus that she didn't even know about. Like this example, some of these songs will not appear to be horrible... So take what you can from the lyrics and delve deeper. Make morbid, dark and horrible. Here we go now:

Right, I do think this time that is enough options for you lot. As there are many subsections and therefore you have much to work on and lots of time, lots of chances and you can write as many in each option as you would like.

I have it set to 300 for Gold and nothing else at the moment.
This doesn't mean it's going to be like that at the closing date. This is incase I find no entries point worthy, I haven't wasted my points on something undeserving.
As we can't take our points back on this new system.
