OK, ya'll, this is my first contest ever, so step on up! Normally, I'm against random options, but since I feel like it, I'll give you some!!
1. POODLES!!! I love poodles!! No saying evil things about them!! Praise the poodle for all it's worth(which is a lot!!)!!
2. My story- this is a very closed option as no one but about two ppl have any idea what I'm talking about...brownie points for them!! And if you browse my poems, you might strike gold about my story there... 'Secrets in Steel Teaser' would be one...
3. um...hmm...M&M's? I LOVE M&M's!!! Sugar coma coming on *faints onto keyboard*- write me about those colored little goodies!!
4. Has anyone ever seen Twelfth Night, Beauty and the Beast, Lorna Doone, The Incredibles, Cars? If so, tell me why you LOVED those ('cause I know you did!! 
)
5. Write from the standpoint of a private school student. If you are one, great, if you're not, imagine!! Do you like your school? Is there a different social "ladder" than, say, in a public school? What does the campus look like?
OK, I'm sticking with those options, 'cause I don't wanna get swamped with all the GREAT poems I know are coming!! This is small, as it's a first...
RULES:
Rules are good! They keep us from getting into trouble...with ME!!! Trust me, you don't want to see me when I'm angry- so don't make me! Stick to this:
1. NO erotica, sexual junk, etc. Keep it G!!
2. I have a Constitutional right to religion. You also have one to the freedom of speech. However, I am taking that away for a short time and declaring that I have the (non-existant) right to hear what I want to hear!!! NO bashing religion, God, swearing, pretended swearing, etc. How this makes it into the options I gave you I don't know....
3. I like good rhyme. However, that does not mean force rhyme or anything. I like free verse just the same. Why am I saying this if I'm contradicting myself? I don't know...
4. I am not a very patient person, so please don't write too long poems. This is two-faced, as I write them all the time, but for this one, keep them short. Under 40 is great. (If you're like me and put big gaps on purpose between your lines for visual effect, that's OK.)
5. Other than that, I think we're set!! Use common sense and remember to
HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
