Welcome to my 2nd contest.
I have returned yet again my darlings,
It is for to the ones who feel lost,
lonely, desolate, helpless, frightened, & timid.
For the ones who feel like they cannot speak their minds.
All that they want is a safe place to go and be themselves.
Well this my dear friends is the place that you are welcome,
Where you can feel comfortable and open.
This is the contest for us.
The dark ones,

This beautiful song describes what its like,
for all of us who feel ashamed of "who" we are.
But we don't have to be ashamed.
We can be bold and proud.
We can show people that we can "feel" rather than just "be".
This encouraged me to make this contest about it.

So I am looking for the pain that you've endured,
the self-consciousness that you're ashamed of,
and the emotions that express yourself.

    Once again it was very hard for me,
    to judge this contest.
    All of your entries were beautiful,
    and in my eyes you are all winners.
    But the 3 that have won this contest,
    are simply the best that I have ever read.
    Every detail of anguish and pain,
    breaks open into powerful hope.
    Which is highly described within the writes.
    A brief description of why I chose the 3:

    1st place: She is me by Perla0908
    This took the situation of every emotion
    that I have ever experienced.
    I felt like she knew exactly who I was.
    It brought out so much power,
    And I loved every single detail that was included.
    Congradulations on your win! ^.^

    2nd place: Curls by b real 12 15 22 5
    This piece was very simplistic.
    It had originality, and beauty.
    What I loved most was the free-flowing theme.
    Every emotion fit perfectly within another.
    And what makes it even better is that he/she has just
    recently registered on ap! Great Job, and I hope that you
    continue to write more pieces as good as this one. ^.~

    3rd place: Complex Games by Feathered Motion
    This was very detailed,
    and it expressed so much.
    What I enjoyed most,
    was its form.
    Every sentence delivered a rush,
    a rush of pride.
    And it followed through so well.
    Well done!

    I have submitted a very nice little poem called “The Axis of Evil to Rise (War of The Heart & Mind)” it is about the silencing of my emotions but it is hidden under various WWII refrences in a way… a bit different for me but check it out!!
