Ok some of you know I recently held a contest for an AP Husband. Well I have a winner- Shakes-spear. allpoetry.com/poet/Shakes-spear check out his poems they are all wonderful. You won't be let down.
The only problem is I don't know him as well as most of you do...so write a poem to him, for him, about him..... so I can get to know him better. I know there are a lot of you how love him as I do so please let him know how much. Show him your love.
My AP Passion (Acrostic)
Seductive with your words,
Honest in your character.
Affection overwhelming.
Kind and gentle.
Emulate there is no need.
Stimulate my mind and spirit.

Enthusiastic about our matrimony.
Aroused with fascination.

Can be any type of poem, rhyming is fine, but not required.
No cussing.
No sticky type.
No erotica (he's mine, Sorry)
Keep prewrites on subject (Shakes-spear) others will be DQ'ed
Pretty simple: here's the rewards:
1st place - 300 pts. and Gold
2nd place - 200 pts. and Silver
3rd place - 100 pts. and Bronze
Honorable Mentions as points will allow.
So get writing or posting (for prewrites).

It's really obvious your american, because it's not shakes-pear. It's Shakespeare. Don't take offence of this, it's just I'm English and in our schools, we learn alot of his plays(unfortunataly). To be quite honest, there's no biggy about his work, or supposed work. This is purely my opinion. But I wish you luck in a contest named after a supposed patron of English.
