Basically, you can choose from any of the options that I give
you. Yep. That's how it works. Please put the option number
in your author's comments. If you need to ask me anything,
please do so.
Options:
1.Haiku-
These can be about the night, dreams, rain, a tree, art,
a mirror, waterfall, or music.
I do not believe in the 5-7-5 format, unless it just happens
to come out that way. You know how to write your poetry.
2.Erotica-
Make it good.
3.Make a poem using at least four of any of these words.
If you need to, you can use a variation of the word.
zenith, disheveled ,pavement, tapestry, resonate,
glacial, imprint, audacious, passenger, carousing, hedged,
mingled, crafted, inaudible, somnolent, crisp, covert,
acid, trial, salvation, blues, officious, nestles, wayward,
fluid, molten, relics, ocher, vaporous, meandering, opaque,
innate, reproduce, sheer, cello, imitative, exuberant, beg
4.Write something influenced by the music of:
Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Woody Guthrie, Jimi Hendrix,
Johnny Cash, Pink Floyd, Spinal Tap, or Syd Barrett.
5.Write something influenced by Jack Kerouac or Allen Ginsburg.
6.If you think you can write a poem that will blow my mind or
make my day better, then do it.
7.Write something in your favorite style of poetry. Tell me
what it is in your author's comments.
8.You can write about any of the #1 topics in free verse.

Looks like an interesting contest. I have just a couple of questions:
1. how many poems per poet and must they be on different options?
2. Inregards to your word list, are we limited to just four?
(Some of us are over-achievers

3. Do the words have to be in the order that you have listed?

Well, I would like for everybody to write as many as they like, but I guess that wouldn't be fair...2 or 3 would be fine with me, and they can be on the same option or a different one. You can use as many words from the list as you want to and they can be in any order you like.
