Attention All ROCKERS of AP!!!!
This is a contest to kick off the start of my new online mag called BAND STALKERS
The main idea for the zine is to promote local,regional, and national acts, as well as clubs and venues.
there will be reviews and articles, covering both the bands and the venues. I will have interviews when I can get close enough to the bands.
This was inspired but going to see two bands that have just recently broke out and have gotten signed, they rock and are great people too!

Now for this contest I want one of two things:
One
Go to the site and check it out: www.myspace.com/bandstalkers
Go to the blog and read it:
blog.myspace.com/bandstalkers
Then give me a review of either the space or the blog, any winning entries will be posted to the site.
Two Give me a review of your fav band, or a poem inspired by your fav band. If you chose this option I want to know what it was that inspired you in your Author's note.
OK there you go now for the rules:
1. NO STicKY CAps, I hate these things..
2. No erotica it has no place in this contest, there may be kiddos here!
3. Only two post per poet please, I love to read but I have put a 75 poem limit on this.
OK for the prizes.....
first place: .....500 pts
second place: .....300 pts
third place: .....150 pts
Now this contest is Worth 500 points!!!!

Awesome idea! I have plenty of bands in mind that I'm sure would love interviewing, and I'll definatly check out that myspace page as soon as myspace is back up again. Good luck!

There's a great band called "Lumps of Poo". They have a bit of a problem at the moment as they are blind and can't afford braille guitars.
