Imagery Contest. 6 Options. Prewrites Allowed.

Okay people. I want poems absolutely dripping with imagery. Here are a few examples from my own poetry:

allpoetry.com/Poem/1237414

allpoetry.com/Poem/1233914

Now then. Here are a few options for topics:

1--Cutting

2--Death_______________Yours, someone close to you, or a generalization.

3--Anger______________Any subject but no racial or gay slurs.

4-- Rape/Molestation___Absolutely not from the rapist's point of view. Do these from the victims point of view or from a sympathetic observer's point of view(sympathetic to the victim, not the rapist).

5-- Love Gone Wrong____Cheaters, abusers, you know.

6-- Lost Friendship____Why it happened and how it makes you feel.

Speaking of the rules:

1--Absolutely no racial or gay slurs.

2-- Also no religious slurs.

3-- No StIcKy CaPs.

4-- One entry per person.

5-- No haiku. I don't like it.

6-- Put your option in the author's comments.

7-- Comment on at least two of my poems because everyone likes to have their poetry read and commented on. Oh, and comments on the example poems will not count but would still be appreciated. ____________Revision: So apparantly this rule is against the rules and I didn't know that. So, it is no longer a RULE but you will get brownie points for it. I am sorry to anyone I may have angered in this honest mistake. Sorry again.   ~Lilly~

8-- Follow the rules or you will be DQ'd.

I will do my best to comment on everyone's poem.

First Place gets 300 points a gold trophy and an applause.

Second Place gets a silver trophy and an applause.

Third Place gets a bronze trophy and an applause.

Honorable Mentions will receive an applause. There will be 5 Honorable Mentions.

Okay people go enter.

Oh, and prewrites are allowed because I rock.

It seems the disqualified aren't the only ones who don't follow the rules.

7-- Comment on at least two of my poems because everyone likes to have their poetry read and commented on. Oh, and comments on the example poems will not count but would still be appreciated.

Had that been seen by adm, your contest would have been squashed.
