I just won 300 points in another Pay it Forward contest and her (little-hug) wish was that the three people who won would use their points to hold another contest with this concept, so here is my contest! 
Pay it Forward: A concept that if someone does something nice for you, instead of returning the favor to the person who did you the favor, you forward the favor onto three other people, then they do the same, and the kindness spreads throughout all of mankind.
Goal of this contest is to write something nice, lovely, funny, encouraging, to someone else.
Rules: It just has to follow the goal above, but no erotica (doesn't seem to fit here), and please no StIcKy CaPs. You can enter as many times as you wish! Thanks!
