my very dear friend and sis and so much more I will do my best to enter this contest. But most of all I will as always keep you in my heart and thoughts and wish you the best Things have been a bit tough here as well. A bit over 2 weeks ago , I had my entire lumbar region of spine fused and i am now fighting a staph infection. wow...just checked up on this contest this morning and you've already got bunches of entries--and some really good ones to of those that I've read, and really diverse in their interpretations, too!
though I don't know if I'll be able to pull a poem together for this contest, I know you'll enjoy this contest. it's such a great image to draw inspiration for a poem!

Oh dang...didn't know this was a contest...dont' think I'm ready so that since haven't wrote in a few months what with job and new biz starting. A lovely pic tho nonetheless.
I think she went to see her boyfriend at the house and he wasn't home. That is why her eyes are kind of glazed over, she's wondering where the heck he is now...
