write about "finding your heart" and however you want to interpret that phrase. it could be about finding love or finding awareness about your passion in life. i am open to all forms all styles, its my first contest, so what the heck do i know.

I know it is hard to write to a specific contest requirement when it is all in a matter of interpretation as to how the poem fits the requirements. The problem seems to be in how well the poem relates to the judge’s understanding of poetry; pretty subjective most of the time. I felt the following poems best exhibited the concept of “finding your heart” in the most creative manner.

bronze goes to: heart of wood by ea
