My dear AP son Charles is about to leave for a six month deployment on the submarine Albuquerque. He has become like one of my own sons. He is a fine young Christian man who wants to be a preacher some day. He has helped so many on this site with his poetry and compassion. He has always been there for me in the bad times to restore my faith. He will visit me again soon before he leaves in June. I shall miss him so much. I would like you to wish him a safe voyage or write a prayer. Just anything he can read when he is gone to make him smile . I love you Charles and I shall miss you. So will many others. May God keep Blessing you and the crew. Sandy (Mom)

And I think that it was perfect for this contest. I'm sure that he is very happy to have someone who is so supportive of him. It is always nice to have people that care.
