OK folks this is my first contest so like the title says, please be gentle.
I love alot of the poetry here on AP, and I'd like to make my favorites list a little longer.
So get those brains a working and give it to me good.
OK now for the RULES!!!

2 ABSOLUTELY NO STICKY CAPS 
they drive me nuts and not in a good way. 
3 sorry but no prewrites(yet, we'll see how it goes)

that's about it, I'll take anything as long as its good! and I mean anything, most of my stuff is varied and I like to read varied stuff as well.
So if you think you got it and want to give it to me it's time to start!!
Prizes:
as of now this is what I got. It took me a while to save these points so I'm only giving to the poets who really has IT, whatever that may be.
1st place: 300 of my pretty little points and a lovely gold trophy.
2nd place: 50 points and the nifty little silver trophy
3rd place: 50 points and the very nice bronze trophy
so get out there and and give me something good.

As this was my first contest I put too many points in the litle slot,, silly me, but thanks to a very wonderful person! I now have the correct amount.
and you may also enter up to 3 poems, I love to read them and I read fast.

last one folks, ok so me being new at the contests things and all I thought that the winners would show up in my notes but that was not to be, so here they are if you don't want to scroll down through the list:
1st, went to Euphoric by Night hope, every one need to read this one!
2nd, went to Reasons by DarkerKnight, this one gave me the goosybumps, loved it!
3rd, went to in my posket by Named Mine, this one wasjust plain good,.
I would suggest to all to take a gander at the entries, and enjoy each others work, you all have done a great job! thanks for making my first contest one to enjoy!

I shall have to write something now. I am intrigued by what may stir your senses. Ho wmany can we enter? Also, Your contest line says this is for 400 points, yet you show 300 for first. I do believe you put 400 in the points award slot. If you did, you may wish to change it. That slot is only for first place points. The other points will have to be awarded manually. If you have 400 points in that slot, once the contest ends, the first place winner gets 400 points. I hope I have helped and not confused you. Now on to writing.

Wow. I like the idea of using a contest to better increase your favorites list - that's not a bad idea, on the face of it. I shall include a pre-write, and see if, within the time remaining, I'm capable of pulling together something fresh as well to better capture the spirit....
