Okay, so, here is the deal: I have never made a contest before so this is new to me. So, I'll try my best to get this write.
Okay I want you to write me a poem about a moment in your life that has really impacted you. I know that, that is a broad subject but try your best. It can be sad or happy. The important thing is that it's real and has real emotion. Because if not it's easy to tell it's fake and the qaulity seems less. And if it's not real hopefully you are good at faking it.Haha.
Okay. The Rules!!!
1. Limit the swearing. If it's important to your poem it's okay just not every second word or anything like that.
2. Pre-writes allowed but only because you all asked so nicely
3. Be honest and real.
4. No, no 4, that's all I've got for now.
Have fun. And I hope I get some good poems.
Oh, by the way I will try to comment on all of the poems but if you have noticed a day or so after the contests closes that I haven't commented on yours tell me.

- Final notes: Okay.. So, i didn't really get enough time to judge thsi which is why it took so long. I have a lot going on right now. I fell in love with the poems that won and the 2 and 3 place people will get 25 or 50 points.. whichever I decide. That will happen in the next two days. As well as some points for some honourable metions.

Well, I tell you what, if you would accept prewites, I would enter. I have a poem called 'The Defining Moment Of My Life'. It would fit perfectly in your contest. But if you want something fresh, I will have to decline. Thanks anyway.
