I started to wonder how many Gay, Lesbian, Transgendered, Bi-sexuals are on this site. I am aware that society makes it hard, if not at times, impossible to be who we are. I would like a poem any poem, about your life, love, beauty, soul, or anything you want to say on the subject of being who you are.
9-11 is also another topic you may opt for....by the way one of the heros that saved the plane from reaching its target was gay.
There will be NO BASHING
There will be none of the other usual three
And please be kind to those who are writing, if you comment that is awesome and if you have nothing nice to say then keep it to yourself.

I do hope you have many entries. I will give thought to this and see if I can come up with something.
I think we are too worried about other's life choices because, often, it takes our focus off ourselves and our own frailties.
This is a thought-provoking contest in a sea of same-old, same-old. I applaud you for making us think for ourselves and evoke personal response to such themes! -
