Wow, some of those pictures don't even look real, they look like paintings. Our universe is truly beautiful, one can only wonder what could be out there somewhere... Thanks for this contest, I'm sure the images will inspire many fantastic writes, good luck to everyone who enters, and to you on judging this! Take care, Heather x

Thanks for stopping by to view those spectacular shots! Are they cool or what?!!! I had no idea the universe was so dynamically beautiful. All we see is black space and small blips of stars. I am so inspired by this that I may break out my paints and start painting again!

Deliocious idea. I'll go right here now
Laura, I had seen your display before at a Science show. The Hubble ones. However, I never cease to marvel at the galaxies and the fact that we are looking out at the past with light taking 100's and 1000's of years to reach our contemporary eyes. Thank you for putting up ultimate wonder to write about. Lyndon. -
Thanks for taking the challange and writing the first entry! I read it through once. I'll be by later to really read it. I like the part about us being and assemblage point... it reminds me of my Toltec training.

Hi Laura. A friend had sent me the same link and I must agree that the wonders shown are inspirational of word, music, deep thinking...thanks for the invitation to share how such sights move this point of "I".
Peace and blessings, Rod -
Finally a contest I can really enjoy being inspired by. I am a huge fan of astronomy and if I were better in math I would probably consider astrophysics and astronomy. Oh well. The universe is so spectacular and it is such a shame we can only see such a small portion of what exists beyond our protective atmosphere. Great contest idea!

A blissful challenge
Laura thank you for the contest. It was utterly enjoyable. Listening to the music and watching the hubble video were rare treats. Congratulations to Wayne and to Myrddin especially. Such a response was a challenge which should have attracted more, Laura, I would have thought.
