- Rewards: Gold: 300
- Final notes: It was very difficult to judge this contest as many of the entries were very good. The great difficulty is how to give some objective relative value to different poems that are quite unlike each other. I made it a little easier for myself by eliminating the Haiku. i have nothing against Haiku but a good big one is generally better than a good little one. I wish I had had more prizes because several more poems deserved them.

Well once again I find myself entering a contest where
the host gives my entry a quick glimpse a couple of hours
before the contest ends and does not even have the courtesy
to leave a comment. To say I am disgusted is an understatement.
I would not dream of being so rude in any contest I hosted.
