Those Darn Kinfolks!

The holidays are here.Well ,so are the kinfolks  and that includes the rowdy ones, the annoying ones, the ones you would rather stay in the closets and the favorite aunts.I want to hear about them in a poetic form.Make me laugh ,make me cry, make me want to have them for my own relative.
I love a great rhyming poem and I'm partial to them, but I know great free verse when I see it.I would love to see odes, limericks ,or tongue-twisters.
You need to make me feel that I know your relative.
I have a sister that I love dearly until she gets drunk.
She has a song for everything she says and chases all the
young men.But she makes everyone laugh and a gathering
without her just ain't the same.
So show me your ghetto fabulous sister, your trailer park
cousin, your hillbilly brother ,or your saint of an aunt.
Rules:
1.prewrites are allowed but must be relevant or they
will be disqualified
2.profanity may color your tale but it must be minimal.
3.rhyming poems have to be top-notch.
4.one per entrant
5.comment on two other entries, reflect this
in your author's comments
6.check your spelling and grammar althought
colorful dialects are welcomed.
7. have fun.
Awards:

I entered, but do me a favor... If my entry doesn't fit what you're looking for (it might not), just remove it. I don't like having my poems being dead weight in random contests.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL TROPHY WINNERS AND HONORABLE MENTIONS! THANK YOU FOR NAMING MY POEM; AUNT RUBY AS ONE OF YOUR HONORABLE MENTIONS, AND THE POINTS.

I loved my aunt dearly, and miss her sorely. This contest was a delight. It allowed me to keep my aunt alive in words, and share her with you here at AP. Your selections are excellent. I especially loved Diamond's poem. It was whimsical, humorous, and witty. I had fun with this challenge, reading and writing.. Thank you!

    MUch Love,
    Renee
