Ok, the title of the contest is pretty much self-explanatory..write a poem about someone you would like to be your future (yes, I am a HOPELESS romantic). Tell him/her everything you feel inside. Tell us why you want this person to be your future.
Rules:
1.) No sticky caps
2.) Again, this is about love so no crude language
3.) Have fun!!
Now for the points I will award:
1st place-300 points
2nd place-175 points
3rd place-100 points
I will also notice honorable mentions but haven't decided the points on that as yet ..for now, just have fun and get to writing those awesome pieces I know are waiting deep inside you!

Oh, this is so neat. Yes I'm a hopeful Romantic, believing it is a small world after all; for I do believe that “LOVE makes the world a better place.” Thanks for this opportunity to share and create such a theme.

Sounds like a fun contest you've thought up here. I have a question though. What if you intend to live alone in your future? Should write about about a friend who you'd like to have stay in your life as someone who always supports you? A family member? Thanks!

What a lovely idea for a contest... the whole love at first sight, wondering if the person you just met is "the one" all very romantic and hopeful. Something a lot of people need this time of year.
Hope you had a lot of fun judging- it looks like you had a lot of great entries, from a bunch of wonderful poets.
