Sounds like fun, but by running into a deer do you mean smacking into one with your car, seeing one standing around somewhere or literally running into one? I ask because I have done two of three and know someone who has done the third. Maybe I'm just being nitpicky, but I've been disqualified over seemingly smaller things, so I like to be sure about things. Anyway, take care and thanks.

    hahaha GOOOOOOD question!!

actually...I am happy with any possible interpretaion of the idea. This is not a contest with a lot of rules or a very detailed and specific topic...i want to see creativity and unique poetry! Feel free to take the idea i've listed and twist it around or take it literally or anything. Take inspiration from the books and quotes and anime series i've mentioned or quote them directly...whatever you like!

Sounds like fun, let's do it

    Good evening:
Seems I'm early, or...? I'll be back to check on what's been entered. One of your choices was: 15-write about an assassin

I may go for that... I love Neverwhere, but...okay, I may do that as my second. Gaiman's THE MAN.

I don't think I've read any of the books you list, but I'm going to have to put them on my list to check into now...I'm always looking for new reads Looks like a great contest you have going here...good luck hosting and judging it - I have a feeling you're going to get a lot of good entries
