Unlike a lot of the friendship contests, heres what I want.
I want SHORT poems (under 30 lines..) wishing a friend good luck in the future ahead of them. I want thank you notes, I want anything friendship like basically. I want emotional, make me cry till the morning writes.

And just for a little note, I will read every entry, and comment on it. If youve seen that Ive read your entry and have no left a comment, most likely Ill come back and do so. Im pressed for time but I am making an effort to do this fairly.

I want to thank you all for entering, youve made this the hardest contest for me to judge!
Friendship is a key to happiness (in my world at least). The reason I started this contest was so people would take the time and tell those that mean something to them how much they mean to them, we rarely do that now a days.
Ok enough of me chit chating. I really had a hard time choosing the poems I went through all of them at least twice today, and more throughout the length of the contest.

This is a great idea. I know a lot of people that were crying and really emotional at the end of the year. Maybe I'll remember that and try to come up with something?

beautiful idea for a poem... awwwww sad how you'd want a poem to make you cry til morning... or if tears of joy i guess that's all good. and black irony in the amounr of crud i go through with my best buddy... we get mad at each other on rare occassion. well at the moment this just patch it again so thanks for the coindental serendity of a lovely contest to write for.. bah enough of my complaining i hope you get lots of beautiful entries for this contest.

This was a great idea for a contest. really makes you dig deep into your heart and find that one person who has helped you most. I already have a person in mind for this poem, I thank him every day of my life for being my friend but I still donot think it is enough. maybe i should thank you for creating such a contest that would let me do that in such a beautiful way.
