Breaking Free

Hey guys, this is my fourth contest. I just got what i thought to be a great idea for a contest.

Aiight heres the scoop. I want poems about breaking free of your chains. Everyone has chains, wether they're to a bad love, abuse or a bad childhood, we all got them. Not all people break free of them though, some have them rattling in the backround every day of they're lives, some dont. When you finally break free of those chains its the best day of your life. I will attempt to comment on all entries.

Rules (Srry gotta have 'em)
1. No cursing
2. Two poems max. 1 new and 1 pre-write
3. An explanation of the poem in authors box would be nice but not nessecary.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could donate a couple points or so for second, third and HM. Full Credit will be given!

First- 300 pts (mb more if i got enuf donated)
Second- depends on pts donated
Third - depends on points donated
HM - 5 pts each

    Okay WOW! This contest was a great success, I got so many great entries abd so many people were wonderful and donated points and applauded. I'd expecially like to thank my friend xBrokenxSmilesx for donating 400 points to a contest she didnt even enter.
    I've been blessed wih the oppertunity (sp?) to be let into some of the most personal thoughts in your minds and in return I thank you all. Every last poem truly touched me in every way possible.
    Now for the winners and points. Because of all the great donations and applauses Im happy to announce that in total, Im giving away 1265 pts. Not only that but there is a fourth place winner, they will recieve 10 pts and 2 applauses. There were so many great entries that i had teh toughest time judging, resulting in 11 Honorable Mentions who will all recieve 5 pts each.

    hey, i'm on my way right now to write up an entry. this contest really grabbed my attention. everybodys got chains of some sort, and poetry is always a goo way to unlock those chains hope that you get what you're looking for in this contest happy judging!
