For many years man has been wantonly destroying and obliterating species after species of Beautiful animals. I would like to raise some awareness and one way I can do it and you can do it is to write a poem on the subject of extinction and exploitation of our animals so..
1/ Write me a poem that tells it truthfully about the terrible exploitation man has placed on animals wich has lead to extinction and put many others on the brink.
2/ Write a poem about Somebody or an Organization that represents hope for our beautiful animals survival. Show the possible hope in the darkness.
There are only two options and they can be prewrites remember these poems have to be convincingly specific to raise the shame in the perpetrators of these terrible acts.
Rules
No swearing I would like lots of children in this contest and we do not want to discourage them.
No arguments for extinction or excuses this competition is about saving our animals not some silly debate..If you do post I will disqualify you and probably delete your poem..

First Prize......600 Points ...Gold Trophy
Second Prize.....300 Points....Silver Trophy
Third Prize......150 Points ...Bronze Trophy

hahaha, a dolphin bit me today. I am kinda mad at the animals right now. I do hope this contest results in animal rights. Good luck. Btw, penguins in fact will rule the world eventually. Cool contest.

Dear Lyrical I would love to hear something about one of the lost ones this is the saddest part of the competition but it may help somehow to save the rest.

Thanks. I agree. I'll enter a prewrite then. It's not my best piece but it tells a story of a lost animal and that's the main thing. I'm a huge animal lover and I'm not entering this one to win but for the information. I'll try to write an original as well. Thanks again.

Sadly we seem to think the cheque is in the mail is our joke on the world and soon will come the day the debt collectors come for us then the last laugh will be on Nature because whatever happens if mans greed and avrice consume all things on this planet , Nature will go on without him or his great ideas.
