i have authors nots on my entry that are a little personal, so i will say in the comments that i did comment on artis's pajama game poem. i found it very well written and quite clever. and i wish all the contestants luck.

I think you accidentally skipped mine "Make Me Smile", or weren't signed in when you read it- your name isn't on the list of readers. I guess I'll be asking Kevin if there's a glitch with that feature. What's the use in paying for a feature that doesn't work right? (grumbles)
Anyways I can understand if it was an accidental oversight- you did get a ton of entries (as would be expected with a subject of love). I did follow the rules though. (And thank you for making spell check one of them, I think it's rude for people to enter a poem with spelling errors.)
Congratulations to the trophy winners and honorable mentions!

she skipped mine two, and probably a few more, that seems to be common any more on so many contests, but I will give her the benefit of the doubt and just assume she missed two, but I doubt I will benefit by entering any more contests where poems are skipped...it is important to comment on your entries... thanks for the contest and congrats to wolfbard

Well it can be easy to do when you allow prewrites and fresh writes- because a prewrite will appear earlier in the list and you may be remembering fresh writes you already read and mistakenly think you already read the prewrite.
The way I prevent this from happening to me on my contests is simple (though time consuming).
Each time I get a message in the system messages that I've got a new entry, I click the link and read the poem. I send the author an IM thanking them for entering, and make sure they've followed the rules (if not I remind them).
Once I close the contest for judging, I click on the first entry, and read and comment on it, then once my comment has been recorded, I click the "next in contest" link.
I also click them all individually if I think I may have skipped one (or if one was removed prior to judging).
That way I read each entry at least twice, and I also explain my choices by way of critiquing each entry.

That's ok, at least you're willing to make up for an accidental oversight... If you want to leave constructive criticism on them- tell me what you think could be improved, I'd greatly appreciate it. After all, that's my goal in entering contests- becoming a better writer.
Thanks for the apology, I'm glad it was an honest mistake and I definately forgive you
