Dealing With Cancer

Okay this is my second contest guys if you really care.

Okay to start off i will explain. A really close friend of my family someone who has been a mother to me just went back to the hospital again today. This is the second time this month and the forth time this year. She has Ovarian Cancer and has been fighting it for the past 6 years. So far things have gone well but just recently It has started spreading and getting worse. Also Her chemo has stopped working so this brings me to my options for this contest.

1. If you have cancer write about your experience with it and how you have made it through.

2  If you know someone with cancer write how you have dealt with it and thought about it.

3.  Just anything inspirational about cancer because lately i have been worrying so much.

4  Anything else you can think of just im me.

The Rules

1. No Sticky caps.
2. No prewrites I would like this to be new please.
3. Please check spelling no u's and r's and 2's it isn't that hard to type a word and you should take pride in what you write and also cause i am really anal about that.
4. And comment on my poems and poems in the contest it isn't a must but it would be nice

I'm sure this is going to be a hard contest to judge entries for and wish you the best in this. A friend of mine lost his wife after fighting for two years. Her wake was just Friday evening and she leaves two teenagers behind and her soulmate.

I also have another dear friend that worries daily about her health and fears of cancer affecting her life again, or worse, than it has in the past.

I give you a lot of credit for this contest as the subject does sadden me so much that I've spent some of this week in tears at the drop of a hat with thoughts of those I know who are and have been affected by this disease.

best regards with this and everything,

    Kim
