Rock N Roll party Invitation

Well ..I'm bringin a cake to this one. Its a Gold cup and worth 700 points and its gunna be awarded by the Lady of Rock ..XSARAHX..so behave..
What we want is lots a good Music based poetry that absolutely rox our sox off ..

It can be RAP
It can be head bangin Metal,
It can be Punk
It can be Soul,
It can be Country
It can be Folk
It can be Blues,
It can be Jazz,
It can be world,
It can be Classical,

In other words the MUSIC is the Music

Awards

First Prize  Gold 700 points
Second Prize Silver 200 points
Third Prize  Bronze 100 points

Honourable mentions maybe given out depending on points available and entries in total..

3. You must comment on one of the others.(let us know which one)
4. A comment on one of XSARAHX's poems might influence as Sarah is de Judge

    WoW! great response and such talent that is out there as you will see there are some well earned winners...
    Heres what Sarah Had to say about your work..

    1) LindsayMacD - Rock and Roll: What Never Dies (the contest did say Rock and Roll, didn't it? lol)

    2) Auerlia Finn - Just Tell Me (it was well formatted and flowed great. I could so see it being a song, maybe not a heavy metal one, but a girl band song. Screaming included.)

    3) free-samples - Rocking the Nation (it was unique, named some bands)

    And many more were awsome..keep up the great work and lets make this world a Rockin place to live in ...

    this is a great idea. I'm happy to see that you're open to all types of music and aren't like "RAP SUCKS, COUNTRY SUCKS" it's all music it all has an impact on this world

    Come on guys!! Keep entering!! Make it so I gotta sit here for 10 hours and reread all these poems! I wanna have a hard time deciding which is gunna be the winner! IN OTHER WORDS DON'T BE SHY!! ^_^ KEEP WRITING!! I can't wait to read 'em all and have my brain explode and fly all over!!

    Damn.. Antipodi and I almost wanna enter. Bwahaha...

    sounds like a great contest, music contests are always the best to me unless it's a write a poem about this line in a song one... anyway I may enter later if I can think of something.

    Regarding commenting one of the others , it just means it would be nice to comment on others work. we dont nned to know but its just art of our community spirit to encorough each other..
